The movement
TransformDesign.co was a community movement to transform Indian designers into design leaders: a space for mid-to-senior designers to grow through meaningful conversations, thoughts, and shared learning.
Across 2019–2020 we ran four conferences and independent fireside chats with seasoned designers and design leaders in the industry: on scaling teams, working with business, and how design-leadership hiring actually works. The movement wound down under COVID restrictions.
